Product solutions are developed in our 3D-supported development and design department, taking component-specific requirements into account. Our consulting services extend beyond the creation of cost- and weight-optimized design proposals. Based on our proven expertise, we independently create specific equipment such as tools and devices. Our customers' high-volume products are manufactured using equipment that is designed for robustness and process stability. We offer our customers our own concept for the production of prototypes. Your particularly outstanding customer benefit: series-like components made from series material, fully validatable. With us, you get everything from a single source, from thermoset-compatible design to series production readiness: many years of experience in design, toolmaking and thermoset processing. Duroplast tools are subject to very high wear, as the thermoset materials with up to 80% fillers are very abrasive. In addition, thermoset molding compounds have a very low viscosity (“as thin as water”). We have our own approach, proven over decades, to counter these thermoset-specific characteristics. Our tool concepts take all these special features into account. Our tool maintenance department is extremely experienced and has implemented this in its routines. In addition, we have a pool of selected partners who implement our developed specifications with confidence.

We manufacture components for you with high demands and geometric characteristics in terms of tolerances and dimensional stability. The production of hybrid components, for example the overmolding of inserts such as connector pins, is part of our daily business. We offer all common manufacturing processes such as injection molding, injection embossing and pressing. We process a wide variety of thermosetting materials, such as free-flowing phenolic or epoxy resin compounds. We are also equipped with specific systems with individual automation equipment on which BMC materials are processed in large series.

Fully controlled injection molding machines with clamping forces of 800 - 3500 kN produce a wide variety of components. The machines are equipped with component-specific handling systems that ensure a smooth and economical process. Integrated deburring operations and mechanical processing are combined to form production islands. The components are then forwarded fully automatically via a transfer line. Several tempering furnaces are available for tempering the components, depending on the part-specific requirements.

We use specialized finishing processes such as turning, centreless grinding, single-sided grinding and 2-sided lapping processes where tool-based solutions do not achieve the desired component properties, for example in the case of surface finishes, tolerances or geometric undercuts that cannot be formed sensibly. Comprehensive expertise is available for the customer-specific completion of duroplast components and, in addition to further processing, system/component assembly. In addition to the injection molding process, turning, milling, deburring and centerless grinding of the components, we also carry out individual and component assembly. This means that we can provide you with tailor-made complete solutions from a single source.
